Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Altitude Club account at any time, directly from the app or by emailing us. This page explains exactly how to do it, what data is removed (including any business accounts you connected and files you uploaded), and what may be retained for legal or compliance reasons.
In-App Deletion
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app or at altitudeclub.app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- Open Altitude Club in the app or at altitudeclub.app
- Go to Settings
- Open Account
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm the action in the dialog
Once you confirm, your account and the data listed below are removed from our systems.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone number, avatar)
- Your diagnostic responses and your conversations with Altea, including Altea's per-user memory
- Any business accounts you connected: the access is revoked and the stored tokens are deleted
- Any files you uploaded, and the business data and search index (embeddings) derived from them
- Community activity, gamification state, and progress associated with your account
- Session and engagement history
- Push notification token
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained outside the app for legal, tax, or compliance reasons, in line with our Privacy Policy. Retention periods:
If you would like the CRM record deleted in addition to the app account, email legal@elative.solutions from the address associated with your account. We will action the request within one month, except where retention is required by law.

If you cannot access the app for any reason, you can request account deletion by email.

Send from: the email address associated with your Altitude Club account
We will verify the request and process it within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
Partial Data Deletion
If you would like to delete specific data (for example, a single uploaded file, a connected account, or your push notification token) without deleting your entire account, you can do so in the app, or email legal@elative.solutions with details of the request. Disconnecting a connected account revokes our access and stops future syncs; deleting an upload removes the file and the data derived from it. Under GDPR and CCPA, you also have the right to access, correct, restrict, or port your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details of your rights.
